Return Policy

Pre-owned/vintage/antique/memorabilia items are all FINAL SALE - No returns will be accepted on these items.  

An item's status (new, vintage, pre-owned, antique, memorabilia, etc) are noted in item descriptions. All defects are pictured and detailed in item descriptions.  

Return window for new items:  14 days from date item is received by buyer.  

New items eligible for returns must be in unworn, like-new condition and in original packaging. Damaged, worn or unpackaged items are not eligible for return. 

Paid shipping charges (if applicable to your purchase) are not refundable. 

When opting to return an item, please note:  Buyer pays return shipping costs.  A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total for all returned items.  Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after receipt of your returned item.    

All returns must be initiated by contacting Opus Creations via email. 

Opus Creations does not process exchanges.
