Vendors have the chance to showcase and sell their products to consumers directly - at closeout prices. Consumers have the opportunity to purchase vintage and closeout goods at phenomenal prices.

We also partner with local community members who are settling estates by providing our platforms for auctioning and selling these items to the public at reasonable prices.

Pre-owned/vintage/antique/memorabilia/collectible items are all FINAL SALE - No returns will be accepted on these items.  

An item's status (new, vintage, pre-owned, antique, memorabilia, etc) are noted in item descriptions. All defects are pictured and detailed in item descriptions.  

Return window for new items:  14 days from date item is received by buyer.  

New items eligible for returns must be in unworn, like-new condition and in original packaging. Damaged, worn or unpackaged items are not eligible for return. 

Paid shipping charges (if applicable to your purchase) are not refundable. 

When opting to return an item, please note:  Buyer pays return shipping costs.  A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total for all returned items.  Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after receipt of your returned item.    

All returns must be initiated by contacting Opus Creations via email. 

Opus Creations does not process exchanges.  

Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Charges When purchasing inventory located in different warehouses, separate shipping charges will be applied to your order at checkout.  Shipping charges are calculated based on weight.

• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)
• Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

• Canada: Standard shipping only (7-10 business days)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. 

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Purchases at or Above $500 Purchases of $500 or more will ship Next Day Air and require an adult signature upon delivery.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be collected upon delivery. 

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
